Employers wishing to book employees as part-time students should print, complete, and sign one of the following forms: Employer Booking Form (EBF) or, for Self Study courses please complete this Application Form.

Please note that all employer bookings are subject to a credit check. Course fees will be invoiced in full at the time of booking. If the company fails the credit check, all fees must be paid prior to the booking being processed.
