DESCRIPTION
Property Law is offered to students who are working towards HNC Accounting or PDA Conveyancing
COURSE CONTENT
This unit explains main classifications of property and the implications of property law in respect of both heritable and moveable rights. The unit explains common conditions and burdens affecting land ownership.

Student may progress from an HNC Accounting to an HND or ACCA course or directly into employment. The HND course offers progression to ACCA or again directly into employment as assistant accountants, supervisors or financial or cost accountants. The ACCA course once completed allows the student to apply for accounting positions either in the profession or in industry and gain the relevant work experience to achieve full membership of the Association.
PDA Conveyancing - Students may progress from an HNC to HND. The HND course offers progression to year 3 of the BA (Hons) Law and Management Degree at the Robert Gordon University via the 2+2 Link. Other university degree courses also recognise the HND in Legal Services as a relevant qualification. Students may also progress directly into employment as a Paralegal or to employment in business related positions where knowledge of the law is helpful
