DESCRIPTION
The course covers grooming for individual breeds and preparation for showing. It is intended that students will be preparing their own dogs rather than learning how to groom a range of breed types.
Anyone with a Lhaso Apso or Shih Tzu should join this group (Wool Coated - Poodle group).
COURSE CONTENT
The course covers the basic elements of dog grooming, this includes preparation for washing, drying, preparation for trimming, basic trimming.
It is intended that students will be preparing their own dogs rather than learning how to groom a range of breed types
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS OR GUIDANCE REQUIRED
Students are required to have their own dog to work on.
CERTIFICATION
An Aberdeen College Certificate will be awarded on successful completion of this course.
