DESCRIPTION
The course is designed for people interested in floral design and arrangement using various materials and artistic styles. It will allow the student to examine the non-conventional aspects of flower arranging and to take inspiration from a number of sources.
It should be noted that there are varying degrees of contemporary floral design as interpreted by the student.
COURSE CONTENT
- Recognising appropriate tools and different mediums
- Preparing materials
- Planning designs
- Assembling designs.
- Presentation and storing of each design
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS OR GUIDANCE REQUIRED
An interest in the subject area.
CERTIFICATION
An Aberdeen College Certificate will be awarded on successful completion of this course.
