Preparing Final Accounts is offered to students working towards HNC Accounting
COURSE CONTENT
Preparing Final Accounts - This unit will extend the students knowledge gained in Recording Financial Information and use the information contained in an accounting system to produce final accounts and a cash flow statement as well as analysing the final accounts using accounting rates

Student may progress from an HNC to an HND or ACCA course or directly into employment. The HND course offers progression to ACCA or again directly into employment as assistant accountants, supervisors or financial or cost accountants. The ACCA course once completed allows the student to apply for accounting positions either in the profession or in industry and gain the relevant work experience to achieve full membership of the Association
