This 10 week course will introduce you to the wonderful flavours of Thai cooking and its essential ingredients. After some tuition and demonstrations, you will prepare and cook a range of Thai dishes from mastering that mouth-watering yum sim to creating that perfect thai chilli sauce.
This course is suitable for anyone with an interest in developing their culinary skills and who has a particular interest in, or passion for, thai cuisine.
This course aims to introduce learners to the splenders of authentic thai cookery by preparing, cooking and presenting a range of delicious thai dishes.

The course fee includes expert tuition and you will also be provided with recipes to take away so you can practice your new culinary skills at home!
The cost of core ingredients is covered in the course fee.
