Aberdeen College has an outstanding library service, available to all students and staff on or off campus. The main library is at the Gallowgate centre and there are also libraries at Clinterty, Altens and Gordon. The Library at each site holds resources to cater for the courses run at that site, plus general reference material, careers resources and newspapers. All Libraries offer a wide range of services and facilities to support students, which include:

If you are an enrolled student you can see full details of our services and facilities by logging in to Blackboard, Aberdeen College’s Virtual Learning Environment, and clicking on ‘Library’.
Aberdeen College Library subscribes to a range of Online Services and access to them is also through the ‘Library’ area of Blackboard. These web based collections allow you to search for full-text information from thousands of sources including newspapers, magazines, textbooks and reference, plus access to film and music and law libraries.
