Stewart Spence Visits Hospitality, Travel & Tourism

Stewart Spence, Proprietor of the Marcliffe Hotel & Spa visited College yesterday to talk to professional Cookery and Travel & Tourism students. This event was a great opportunity for students and staff to hear the personal story of how this charismatic entrepreneur came to be where he is today within the industry. Mr Spence shared his thoughts as to what is important to him personally and for the industry as a whole in the years to come.

Students were, in this time of uncertainty, delighted to hear that in his opinion with such a great start at the College they would be worthy employees of the future for the industry.
